If your loads barely make it under bridges, it might be time to rent or lease OWE from TSTL. Step Deck Trailers, also sometimes referred to as Drop Deck Trailers or Single Drop Trailers, are a version of the Flatbed Trailer, but in addition to the regular flatbed, have a rising “step” deck toward the front of the trailer. These trailers are utilized for taller shipments that are not allowed on a regular flatbed trailer, usually due to height restrictions. It’s also easier to transport equipment, such as construction vehicles and tractors, since many Step Deck Trailers are equipped with rear ramps, allowing for the equipment to easily be driven up and onto the trailer. You get extra height clearance that can make all the difference. We carry several styles.
